Kevin began playing golf at the age of fifteen and was awarded his first handicap of 10 at sixteen years old. He reduced this to 2 in six months and began working as a Trainee Golf Professional at Portsmouth Golf Club. He then moved to The Roehampton Club in 1994 and worked under Alan Scott, an England International and Head Professional. In 1996 he moved to Furzeley Golf Course and became heavily involved in coaching. It wasn’t until he moved to Alresford Golf Club and was guided by Malcolm Scott, Chairman to the Hampshire PGA, that he realised his full potential and began writing newspaper articles and concentrating more on coaching other golfers. Kevin played on the Hampshire and South region circuit for ten years. He now concentrates on helping others reach their full potential as players.
